These terms cover your use of oomph.ca, the AI agent on it, and the free website audits it produces (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. Paid engagements with OOMPH Digital Marketing ("OOMPH") are governed by a separate written agreement.
The agent is an automated assistant. It aims to be accurate and helpful, but it can make mistakes, and its answers are general information rather than professional advice. Check anything important before acting on it. Please keep conversations relevant to your business and marketing; we may stop responding to abusive, unlawful or off-topic use.
Audits are generated automatically from the publicly accessible pages of the website you name, using HTTP requests comparable to a normal browser visit. Only ask us to audit a site you own or are authorised to assess. Results are a snapshot at the time of the audit, may be incomplete, and are provided for information only. We may decline or limit audits to protect the service.
Do not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site, bypass its security measures (including rate limits and Turnstile), or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaches these terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including how email consent works under Canada's anti-spam law.
The Site's design, text and code belong to OOMPH or its licensors. You may use audit reports we send you for your own business. You keep all rights in the content you submit; you grant us permission to process it to provide the service.
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, OOMPH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on the agent's answers or an audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be dealt with in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
