OOMPH Digital Marketing ("OOMPH", "we", "us") is a Canadian digital marketing agency based in Ontario. This policy explains what information we collect when you use oomph.ca and our AI agent, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Conversations with the AI agent. Everything you type or say to the chat on our site, including any website address you ask us to audit, is stored so the agent can keep context and so we can follow up if you ask us to. Voice input is transcribed to text and the audio is not kept.
Contact details you choose to give. If you share an email address or phone number in the chat, we store it as a lead together with your business name, city and goals if you mentioned them.
Website audit data. When you ask for an audit, we fetch the public pages of the site you named and keep the results, which describe that site rather than you.
Technical data. The page you were on, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string and your IP address. We use IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are cookie-free and aggregate.
We only send a full audit report after you enter your email in the chat and click the confirmation link we email you. Your request and confirmation are recorded with the time and the exact wording you agreed to. Because you contacted us, we may follow up about your enquiry for up to six months; we will not add you to a newsletter or marketing list without asking first. Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and you can also write to us at any time.
We run entirely on Cloudflare's Canadian-available infrastructure: Workers AI handles the agent's responses, D1 stores conversations and leads, Workers KV holds short-lived session and audit data, Email Sending delivers our messages, and Turnstile protects against abuse. Your conversation content is processed by Cloudflare's AI models to generate replies; it is not used by Cloudflare to train models. Leads you ask us to follow up on may also be recorded in our customer relationship management system (Salesflare) so that we can keep our promise to get back to you. We do not sell personal information.
Chat conversations are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted. Lead records (your contact details and the summary of what you asked for) are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to two years afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them. Audit results for third-party websites may be retained for product improvement.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to follow-up at any time. Email info@oomph.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
All traffic to oomph.ca is encrypted (TLS 1.2 or newer, HSTS). Access to stored data is limited to OOMPH staff who need it, and our infrastructure provider maintains its own certifications. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.
Our services are for businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We will post updates here with a new date. Material changes to how we use your data will be flagged on the site before they take effect.
